Not a lot of time, I had to work on Sat. and then had plans, so I'm a little behind.

9/11/2021: Denis's 45 minute Friday Refresh (or something like that) + 5 mins. CD stretch

9/12/2021: Matt's 90 mins. endurance ride, followed by CDE's 20 mins. Remembrance ride (both were for 9/11), 5 mons PRS,w/Matt, 10 mins. Stretch with Selena and 10 mins. Meditation.

That's it. Gotta run. Waves to all.
Make it a great day.

Time to catch up! I've been reading, just not posting.

9/10 - dog walk
Last Chance Workout, Week 1, Day 2
5 Min. Core Strength w/ Selena (for the badge)
20 Min. Fat Burning Cardio w/ Jessica
9/11 - 3 Mile Flat Abs Power Walk w/ Jessica
9/12 - dog walk
2.5 mile evening walk w/ hubby
9/13 - went to the park to do my run and ran into an old co-worker/friend, so I walked with him for 5 miles.
I'm hoping to do a dog walk later, but it's HOT today.

Wow, Helen, you've been getting in a lot of workouts! Great job! Denise says some annoying things during her workouts.

9/14 - Jessica's Total Body Ab Transformer (my first time with this one, I modified the burpees by using a chair seat)
20 Min. Disney Mix w/ Gina B

Can't leave Lili alone

Lili: You are so good about checking in. I can't leave you here alone!!!

News on Peloton:
They have changed (on the bike or so I hear tell - I haven't signed on to check it out yet) that I can now filter by multiple times and multiple instructors. I'm kinda excited to try it. Just haven't had time recently.

Ed Sheerhan Theme classes have dropped (and I like Ed Sheerhan. He's always showing up in random films with cameo parts. Makes me smile! He seems so fun. Oh - and I like -- most -- of his music!)

Was it really 9/12 the last time that I checked in? Shame on me. I swear I've been here at least reading. I think.. Although, I do admit there have been several days I haven't even signed on to the PC. Life and all.

So, let me get caught up!!!! It's been a low(er) energy week then most, with my food way out of whack. But today's a new day:

9/13/2021: Jump rope 10 mins, 20 mins. run, 5 mins. core

9/14/2021: 20 mins row, 5 mins meditation

9/15/2021: 20 mins. row, 20 mins. recovery ride with Sam Yo (Ed Sheerhan, LOVED IT -- !!!!)

9/16/2021: 20 mins. row, 3 games of pickleball and 5 mins. meditation

That's it. Obviously the rowing challenge has begun. One more session this week. I really like rowing. I don't know why I don't do it more often! It's kind of like meditating for me. . . bizarre.

Waves to Helen! and all.
Make it a great day.

Oh I'm sorrryyyyyy.....

LILI
Looks like a lot of workouts but the ONLY thing I've done besides sit at the computer doing online teaching, and the MUCH MORE associated admin reporting kids who don't turn up () is the workouts. No extra steps from shopping centres, being at school/work walking around, ...

CLEDA
I can see how you'd find rowing meditational - the steady repetitive motion. Beats sitting still to meditate!

Wednesday - Chrono: Cathe - Intensity Series - Muscle Endurance
Thursday - Fun: Christi - Stepping Zone - Section 2 Mix
Friday - Alice: long walk

Saturday morning now - ON HOLIDAYS.

The house is SO grubby!
DH has been digging ditches in the yard to lay electrical cables for the solar panels being installed on the garage roof on Monday, so there's mounds of sandy dirt that Alice walks over & brings into the house, with the paw prints that go with them. So fixing that will kick off my holidays - there are still dirt mounds, but I can't live with the floors any longer.

The girls' birthday is next Saturday, but with lockdown, we can't cruise a shopping centre - departments stores have areas sectioned off that you can't go into becuase it has "non-essential" goods - like the fitwear section

Also, for online purchases getting delivered, the postal service is delayed due to the overwhelming number of parcels as everyone is using that method to obtain non-food items. DH is getting very frustrated about it.

So today: I'll be cleaning the floors, weeding, repotting a fern that was dug up with the ditch-digging, and recovered from the green bin and ....

Have a lovely weekend.

Saturday, 18th of September
Alice: 45min, dog walk
Buddy: 38min, Cathe - Intensity - Intensity Step + Low Impact HIIT Mix/Match

Helen - As far as the dirt being tracked into the house, at least there is an end in sight, and having solar panels should more than make up for it!

9/17 - dog walk
afternoon hike into the trails behind the reservoir, 3.29 miles

I had my second shingles vaccine on Thursday, and I had bad headaches, fatigue and some body aches from it. After some Ibuprofen and naps, I decided that a hike would suffice. By the evening I was back to normal!
