I'm planning to do Dark Horse Rowing's Rowvember challenge, Lift With Cee's 20 minutes strength over 40 workouts, yoga and whatever else I can fit in. Plus dog walks, of course.

You don't have to be fast, just keep moving forward.
Note to self: You don't get to complain about things you won't work to change!

Getting back in the habit of doing a short yoga or Pilates routine right after waking up. Twice a week to start.

This wasn’t even on my radar, but I’m going to have to check it out! Your whole plan sounds like it might become MY plan.

I suspect you will stick to it better than I will!

I sometimes just pick a random word that's in a lot of workout titles and that becomes my theme for the week (or if a word has been popping up that I've seen a lot). The past few weeks have been "blast" or "strong" or "burn" and this week for the new month is "re-____" so "reboot" "restart" "remix" any word that starts with "re" or ends with "re". Keeps me focused and gets me to use workouts that I haven't done in a long time or just forget about.

I may try "no-repeat" November or "new" to me November or "never tried" November. Something along those lines. Each day is either more cardio based or more weight based.

Workout titles surprisingly have a lot of the same words!

I can't stick to rotations, I don't know why I can't but I then again I don't really want to either. My boredom threshold is very low...

I’m on week three of this eight week YouTube program (Limitless by Coach Ali) https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL...yxmlHC0nU_5-Al

There are three workouts a week one upper, one lower, one full body. They are long but I have the time and enjoy longer workouts. I love this program.

I came by it accidentally when I was searching for a long foam rolling routine. He’s got a great full body foam rolling routine that’s 1 hour 20 minutes long.

I think for sure I'm going to do Ellen's 10 Day Challenge at the end of the month (this is included with her subscription service).

Then, for at least one week I think I'll try some Denise Austin workouts - inspired by the recent thread about her.

I do have a few of her DVDs, but there are a lot of freebies on the BeFit You Tube channel to choose from.
