Powerstrike/Ilaria Rotation

has anyone done a powerstrike rotation? I am wondering if it would be a good way to tone up a bit.

This is what I was thinking but please chime in if you have other thoughts:
M,W,F One of the powerstrike cardio
T,Th bodystrikes one day and Athletica the next

Sat/Sun I do what I want days.

Thanks!

What about an additional Athletics day? So 2 strength/Athletics and 3 powerstrike/body strikes. I love Illaria, have you checked out her free classes on Instagram?

I was thinking of doing something like this. Maybe three days a week for Atletica, two days Powerstrike/BodyStrike, and two per week of yoga. Would that be enough strength training? Maybe do three days on, one day off. I need something that will preserve my knees, which have been feeling pretty cranky lately.

I don't do Instagram. I have to be in the right mood for the athletica's as they have a dread factor for me.

I am thinking about mixing powerstrike with bodystrikes. I searched for rotations and in that someone said they mixed these two and had some good results.

Since Athletica has a dread factor for me I will throw one in when I feel up to it

I especially like how the Powerstrikes and BodyStrikes decompress my spine, elongating it, and pulling my shoulders back. I crave doing one or another of them often. I don't have any of the Athletica. Interested to hear responses to this thread.
