I received an early bday gift from my brother- KCM's Sculpting RX - so of course I had to try it today! I did the first workout, which is good, but I found it lacking in lower body work. But my upper body was worked hard! I also added on the cardio core and floor finisher which nicely rounded out the workout.

On a side note, I remember in Kelly's "coffee talk" on YouTube that her background exerciser Sammy commented that she avoided lifting heavy and was now adding in more heavy weight work in her workouts. Well, you can definitely tell she's added in more weight work as her arms are nicely sculpted and defined, more so than in Kelly's earlier workouts. She's looking great!
