Cathe's LITE Lower Body Stacked. I upped my weights from last time and was really feeling this. I like the format of the workout - I thought having a circuit repeat would bother me, but since it is one repeat of five different exercises it's not so bad.

STS Meso 1 Disc 3 (legs)/Total Body Stretching with the Ball 1...I loved STS legs. I don't think I'm a fan of the upper body based on disc 1. It was just too much. I'll give back and tri's a try on Thursday but I think I'll work in the Meso 1 legs once a week. The bonus work was killer and I have to go way light on the stability ball squats. Often I had to take a minute rest between exercises.
