Question Prevention: The Toning Transformation

Has anyone reviewed this? I'm having trouble finding information, but I like the looks of it. Thanks!

That link doesn't give me enough information to make a decision. I'd like to know how the workouts are arranged: Are they done as parts or total body? Do they become progressively more challenging or can they be alternated for variety from the get-go?

The text states they're easy to follow, joint-friendly moves but the video mentions "heart-pumping cardio" and shows jumping jacks (which I can no longer do). And the clip is shown in slow motion so I'll bet the exercises actually move very quickly... something I'm not looking for.

So far it reminds me of that set from Chris Freytag...Get Your Body Back? Only 10 minute segments but I recall they felt too fast-moving/high impact for my body. http://www.getyourbodybackdvd.com/ge...ybackdvd/index

Anyway, for $30 I think Prevention should provide details (which they never do).

Found the instructor Sara Kusch on Youtube (she's on Grokker too, lots of HIIT workouts). Here's a free workout called "30 Minutes of Intensity":
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_rx...m7YLoE5k1cBw5N
in which she says things like "I know I'm breathing hard - get over it!" followed by "If you're not, you're not working hard enough". (okayyy)

A little too Jillian Michaels for my current taste but I'm sure she'll suit many others. Enjoy!

OLD THREAD ALERT: This one caught my eye recently so I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on it?
