Rating Jari's "1000" Workouts

How would you rate Jari's "1000" workouts in order of easiest to hardest? (Get Ripped 1000, Get Extremely Ripped 1000, Extremely Ripped 1000 Hardcore).

In the order you listed them they are easiest to hardest - mainly because the cardio intervals get longer ... 1min, 3mins, and 5mins.

Hardcore 1000 is my favourite because it's easy to dial down the intensity. All of the weight work and cardio is done in sets which are numbered on the screen - so for example the first cardio interval is 6 sets of straddle runs/hops - I bow out after 3 sets

I like the original Ripped 1000 but it is a LONG workout, over an hour, but is chaptered so you can skip a section if you need to shave off some time. I like Hardcore 1000 and find it more difficult but shorter, the cardio segments are longer in HardCore 1000.
Don't like Get Extremely Ripped 1000 at all and find the cover photo of Jari disturbing. Can't get into an instructor's appearance and I won't other then to say she looks scary skinny on that cover.
Guess that little to rate these for you.....I would say GER HardCore 1000 is the most intense

You are welcome, Miss pollytc Luckily, all of Jari's workouts are cheap and also found on the Exchange so you won't be out much if you decide you don't like one of her DVDs

I agree with the intensity ratings, but I wanted to chime in that my favorite by far is the first GR 1000 because it's more of a thorough weight work out with cardio bursts. I don't feel the weight sections are long enough in the other two to really work me out. GR 1000 is long but it doesn't drag for me.
