Sounds like right now Paypal is the only way. But maybe when it officially posts there'll be a different payment method.

As of this morning he posted on facebook that there have been 28 preorders

I can't keep buying DVDs I don't like/need, so does anyone have a clip I can check out of his style to see if I would like it?

what is good about him? what is his style like?

He has 4 videos on youtube in this style: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZtrgT2lpuI . I like the small, pulsing movements and the music.

Just a thought - if he's only making 150 copies of the DVD it seems very unlikely they will be pressed DVDs.

I could not get past the second exercise in the you tube clip. If this was the only known way to exercise, I don't think I would be able to.

I have read that it takes putting mind in the muscle and really feeling the movement do correctly perform small pulsing movements, but I can't do this for the life of me. It bores me to tears.

The first time I tried Callanetics was the only time. I did about ten minutes and then swore off this kind of workout for good.

It is a good thing there is such a variety of ways to exercise.

I don't like Callanetics either but I love Hamelin D'abell. For whatever reason I don't find him boring at all and enjoy all of his vimeo and youtube videos. He reminds me of TA but a slower pace. I especially like his arms routine.
