This looks really good. The arm exercises look great and I like the dynamic leg exercises. There are so many reps that I bet it is deceivingly challenging!

His stuff looks good (I have *watched* --not done-- a few of his workouts).
Is there a way to easily transfer these to dvd? I'm not computer literate at all, but I'd sure like to have these on a dvd to give them a try.

workout 1 is still on his facebook page, you just have to scroll down a bit to find it. It's a nice little workout too, but I skipped the abs. I wonder if he's going to put out a dvd...he should!

His other workouts are linked from the "discussion" tab at the left of his FB page. And he says he's going to repost #4 after fixing a picture glitch.

I also discovered Hamelin here. Love him and really hope he puts out a dvd soon!! I also would like to know how to transfer his free workouts to a dvd. I am technically challenged..lol...
