Review Hamelin D'abell workout

This is my first longer review here so it could be I will add more later. I got the dvd on Saterday and did the workout yesterday. The dvd came in a plane small case without a cover. The quality of my dvd was not good. It freezed a lot, at 1 hour and 1 minute it stopped playing during the ab workout so I do not know if there is a cooldown. I wrote Hamelin and I will get a replacement.


There is a 5 minute easy warm up. The music is classical at first and later more synthersizer music. He explains everything very good during the whole workout. He has no other people who are doing the workout with him. The background is just a workout studio with a barre. You need a chair or barre, weights and mat. The warmup is followed by a arm workout of 15 minutes which is really good. It is a bit like the arm workout of Tracy Anderson but different. He also doest waist exercises some are a bit like Callanetics. Between all the exercises he stretches. After the waist the thighs, butt and legss are next. First standing exercises, and after that matt exercises. There are some new moves for me as well. It is difficult to explain for me because I do not know how to translate it. I like the abs moves as well which I could see before the dvd stopped at 1 hour and one minute. They were also a bit like Callanetic moves. I still feel pain in my legs, butt after this workout even the day after.

Mine came today I think I can safely do the UB stuff but will have to wait on lower. Hope it isn't defective like yours, though
