JNL Fusion!

Besides her annoying comments I always loved this set. I just started a rotation again and I do the cardio on my rebounder. What is it about the rebounder that really gives a good cardio workout and is FUN. I am drenched even when I do a quick LW or something.

The only thing that keeps me away from this set is no warm ups. Ugh, I keep going back and forth on this set, and someone always sings its praises.

I just love that its an awesome traditional style weight workout that leaves you feeling worked out, then the cardio is a bonus.

I also really like JNL Fusion workouts, most are about 30 minutes so I do a 15 minute Jessica Smith walk as a warm up and my own stretch at the end. I also second using a mini tramp for the cardio, it keeps my heart rate up and helps with the impact.
The closest I've been able to find for something similar is Paul Katami's 4x4 system but still not really the same

DIGGERHOLIDAY, I have 4x4 too. I should do that next. I did it only once when I got it a few years ago.

That would be a good follow up, I think. I do JNL with the heaviest weight I can since it's only 30 second intervals but 4x4 has 1 minute intervals so I tend to lighten up. I like Paul Katami, very different from JNL
