I'm so late to the party that I'm posting in March! Anyone looking for the March thread, please see the link from AMD above.

I've been away from VF for over a month, which was not planned - just life craziness plus dealing with a foot injury. I'd thought it was just a sprain, but it was most likely a broken pinky toe and I treated it as such. I've been through this before, so I knew what to do. My activities were very restricted for 6 weeks starting in mid-January due to the injury, and I planned my workouts to avoid aggravating it. At the end of the month, I started working back up to my usual workouts.

On 2/9 I completed my 40-day yoga sadhana, which was adding a 10’ gratitude meditation to my daily yoga practice during the 40 days. I wasn’t as consistent as usual with my workouts in February, but I kept going. I credit my daily yoga practice for keeping me on track even when the track moves.

My yoga practice times include any added meditation (up to 10’). For Barlates, I mostly use downloads but some of the workouts are also free on YT.
