I love her stretch workout so much.

I only just recently came across some of her workouts on YouTube. Yes, they are dated, have voice overs, and the video quality isn't the best, but there is something charming about her that made me want to see what else she had done. So I came across the DVD lot on Ebay (which are most of the same workouts as what I found on YouTube) and couldn't pass it up for the price

Maybe it's my French heritage that makes me connect with her, haha!

For EBX2, I actually think I will do the first of the four sets unweighted the first week.

I do that. Great way to warm up and test the waters. I also foam roll and look for any areas of interest.

Ça doit être ça!! Mdr. I have bought some dated workouts myself recently. Oldies but goodies. I never considered them before, and now I am loving them. ETA: if you would like more French workouts, maybe you should check Josée Lavigueur et Karine Larose, I love them both.

I think it was $35.99 total with the sale and 10% discount.
