My regular John Frieda brunette shampoo. I tried some others but they made my really flat. I think it was the vitamins in the aloe and the magnesium to cut through the calcium build up that has helped. I don't think it's noticeable to anyone else but at least some spots have some small growth.

That's great news! I have to look into that because the shampoo I mentioned up-thread (Pura d'or) isn't doing squat.
