DMW is all toning, and from the live courses 1 is all toning and 2 is mostly toning - only the last two classes have the newer format with some cardiotone and then floor. It's probably not in the webshop, but Xpress has toning workouts (upper, lower, abs, full body), all 30-ish minutes. The toning in the webisodes is quite good, I would email him to see if he's still selling those.

All the courses are quite good, but if you prefer toning over cardio I'd say course 1 is the best. All classes are great and different enough between them - it's has a selection of many moves and sequences he uses in customs and in private training (class 4 from that course is available for free). Bodymatics could also be a good choice, but it's filmed in that same darker space that received negative feedback.

I like Bodymatics and it's easy to break up into "parts". The darker lighting doesn't bother me at all. If you want only lower body toning... RUN (don't walk) and get Thighmatics.

Second the Thighmatics rec! I would say my legs are my least 'trouble area' but just adore this calming yet grueling leg and glute workout

Those are hard but I love the move. I was happy to see them early on in current DMW course with less reps and ankle weights. Hurts so good.
