Today I combined Power 90 Sculpt 1, with Leslie's Walk Strong. I like Power 90 because it is shorter strength workouts you can do with resistance bands or weights. Very basic. I also love the Powerfits, Erin O' Brien, Karen Voight's Burn & Firm, oh, and her Sleek Essentials set with the foam roller......most of Ellen Barret's workouts, and Gilad's original strength training set with cardio workouts as well. Can't remember the name of it at the moment

Thank you for this ANY workout with good music works for me- the music was excellent, he was on beat and upbeat, background exerciser was happy- thought I wouldn't do a chair exercise for another 20 years... but this was fun! Whodathunk??

And to the OP, someone else mentioned more rest & sleep. I second this. There is a noticeable (say 1 to 5 pd) difference when I am well rested. When I go to bed early, get 7 to 9 hours (depending on how tired I am that day)- I can get up earlier. You may even need to just rest 1 full week or several days & keeping up a good diet or just eat really clean & then start working out again & see if that helps.

Everyone has mentioned my easy workouts. I second all Ellen's and Jillian's No More Trouble Zone's - it is the only Jillian that relaxes me.

How about Misty Tripoli's workouts? I tried one of her workouts for the first time today, it was a lot of fun!

Also YBB is great. They still sell these workouts on Beachbody's site:
