why

Why is the download so cheap but the dvd so expensive? Is the download just half the workout?

There are several download options:
The Walking Cardio ShapeUp Max download is $14.98, $5 less than the DVD.
Or you can download each workout (Walking Cardio ShapeUp, Walk & Sculpt) separately for $6.99 each.

Note: old thread

Walk and Sculpt is now available on Demand too. Cardio Shape-up has been out there for a while, now they are both are.

REVIVING...

Questions:

1) is Walking Cardio Shape Up Max a DVD-R (not the download version)
2) is Walking Cardio Shape Up and Walk & Sculpt available as free viewings on exercisetv.tv?

Im not sure about the DVD-R but both these workouts are on Exercise TV (cable) not online free viewing.

My copy has a silver back. I ordered it directly from Exericise TV, don't know if that makes a difference. I seem to recall seeing Exercise TV DVD's on Amazon and they state that the DVD's are created on demand (DVD-R).

that's why i had asked - there's a "used copy" being sold and it's unclear whether this was from exercisetv or from an instant download onto a DVD-R.

Now I want this one. Is it selling anywhere for less than $20.00?
