Her workouts tend to be timed rather than counting reps, so you can move at *your* pace. 🙂

I stumbled across this You Tube channel just now -
Be Healthy Enough

She has some content on her You Tube channel, but it looks like most of her content is on her paid site.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBK...dp9q0jy8GH4ahA

I like her approach though of "being healthy enough" - for me, personally, that IS enough.

I'll check her out some more!

She does offer a 7 day free trial to her paid subscription.

I guess I always forget that! I’ve had to slow it down lately, but I liked some of her workouts in the past. I do like PJ and follow her on FB.

I may sign up for a free trial, Carol! It looks like she may have a Golden Retriever, so I'm already biased, LOL!

I think that is a little insensitive especially since I am a 72 year old grandma.
That's crass and awful!

Early in the pandemic, I tried a lot of the YouTube instructors who had some free workouts. I remember trying a PJ workout and doing a Joni O pretty quickly.

I forget why, LOL!

I already have signed up for a free trial. I'm super interested in the 3 month strength program and her monthly calendars look good as well. I think she really cinched it when she mentioned that she was a recovering engineer (now working full time as a certified personal trainer).

LOL, Carol!

I signed up for this Free 7 Day Challenge, I figured it would fit in well w/ Essentrics March Madness since the workouts are short.

https://behealthyenough.com/free-fit...day-challenge/

I did the first workout which was a low impact HIIT just now (on my lunch break) and it was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. No music, but that isn't a deal breaker. It wasn't terribly hard, but it wasn't too easy either - and this is a "beginner" challenge.

She didn't do anything annoying as an instructor.

So...I think I will do Day 2 tomorrow and go from there.

I do like the philosophy of "enough" - at this point in my life I do not want to run myself into the ground working out and TBH, I don't want to watch or count every calorie I eat. I mean, I just want to be healthy. If I'm a little squishy in some places I'm fine - as long as I can function and feel good and enjoy life!

Here's another that looks to be free:

https://www.subscribepage.com/fit-ov...4-week-program

These may work well for me this month w/ Essentrics and outdoor walking.
