Ah, okay. I do have a couple of herniated cervical discs, but, based on the MRI, I also bone spurs growing into the spinal canal that are beginning to impinge nerves.

If I'm being too nebby, you can ignore my questions: Have you lost any mobility in your neck? Do you feel better?

I had some limited range of motion after surgery during healing but that was expected. Very little problems with range of motion now other than doc doesn't want me to do any extended periods of having my neck flexed (looking down) so no longer allowed to do crunches/sit ups.

As far as feeling better...omg...tons! Prior to surgery I couldn't lay flat on the ground without being in tears and couldn't drive without my arms going numb so I have come a long way. Last month I did STS Mesocycle 1 with lighter weight and modifications. Right after surgery I struggled even holding a straight arm plank now I can do a 2 minute plank and can do about 15 knee push ups easily. Before surgery pain and tricep weakness prevented me from doing any. Post op when allowed to begin doing them I could barely do 3 elevated with my hands on a 6 inch step.
