I'm also curious about the DVD. Can someone post a link?

I have the book and am just starting to do the basic exercises. It is encouraging to read of how it has helped others - sounds like this works well. Thanks for sharing! From what I've read in the book, these exercises do make sense. I know I need to strengthen my core - the PT I went to for the back/hip pain also told me this. Physical therapy was able to relieve me of the pain after a few months, but it didn't keep it away. I'm probably getting a bit lazy with my posture, and I think having a stronger core will help with that also. So many of the core strengthening exercises on my workout DVDs are ones I was specifically told not to do (crunch variations, bicycles, etc.). I'm skipping all those sections now and will focus on the Foundation training and hope for some relief - I'm tired of waking up at night with my back & hips aching.
