Hi and happy March.

Thanks Lori for starting us up.

Allie, body pump is sort of fast pace weight lifting, I like the music, and it’s a series of squats, deadlifts, clean and presses, lunges and bicep curls, push ups, chest presses, overhead presses and crunches. Les mills on demand also offers kickboxing, steps, toning, biking, barre, stretches, hiits…
Your yard work sound like great functional exercise already.

Jen, hope all is very well. I miss you tons.

So far for me, it’s been, barre and yoga and Les mills.

Here’s to an awesome March.

Firm Cardio Step Mix
Firm Tough Aerobic Mix
Tough Tape (I have Tough Tape 2)

Life got in the way this week so I missed three days, got in Rainbeau Mars Pure Sweat on Friday, washed our cars with light yard work yesterday, and I have more yard work today, but I’m hoping to add in something tonight. We shall see how zapped I am from the yard work. Spring came early here and my grass, which I cut last week, is ready to be cut again. I also need to shape some trees and bushes.

Hi!

I'm still here! A strong start to March has been delayed by COVID. We have been so careful and so fortunate to avoid it until last week, but it finally caught us. We have no idea from where!

BF tested positive on Sunday, and I was positive on Wednesday. Mine wasn't too bad, but he was very sick. We both did the Paxlovid and are negative and much better now, thank goodness!

I've had a stressful day at work today, so I'm hoping I'll feel like at least a walk when I get home. I'll let you know.

It looks like you've all been doing great! Keep it up!

Jen-Great to see you! I am sorry that you have had to get through Covid, and hope you feel 100% very soon.

Allie- I checked out my dvds. I don't have any step (I am terrible at it!), and I only have Tough Tape 2.

Bita-Hi!

This week has been swimming so far. I hope to get in something else soon. The weather has been perfect for swimming, so it is hard to resist.

Good evening!

I went MIA for a bit! Last weekend I did a bunch more yard work (so much more to do) and then work life got in the way. I was finally able to get in Barre3 Burner last night.

Tonight is heavier weight work (as compared to barre), I’m still debating on what workout to pick.

Hello, everyone!

Jen - I hope you and your BF have recovered fully!

I’m back to my rotation, KCM Power Split workout 1, and then Barre3 Standing Slim. I messed up (I generally don’t like splits) and pushed play on wrong KCM workout. I purchased the Power Split workout for the Total Body premixes. Anyway, lower body is up today, workout 2.
