Lili's singing:

"All By Myself .... don't wanna be ... all by myself ...."

Not a lot to report ....

3/8/2023: I think it was a row (10 or 15 minutes) ... log is not filled out yet. Followed by the dreaded 15 mins. Tabata, but it's done and a 20 mins. classical music cool down. Oh and pickleball

3/9/2023: REST DAY

Should have done something after work. Too tired.
Couch won.

Waves to all.

Sorry Lili!!! Day 2 IS STILL FOLLOWING THE ROTA

Yes, it cooled by Thursday, but Cait was due to come home from Sydney on the train, and the trains shut down - due to a "communications" issue. They were back on a few hours later, but she wasn't willing to risk it, so I drove down & back right after work with only 30min in Sydney - so a 5+ hour drive.

Catch up

At least I have stuff to report. That's a good thing:

3/11/2023: Cliff's 30 mins. Afro Beats, 45 mins. Sam Yo Low Impact, 10 minute Cool Down ride, 5 mins. Post ride stretch

3/12/2023: 10 mins. Row warm up, 10 mins. Circuit Upper Body Row workout, 30 mins. Women Health's ride (Jenn Sherman - did NOT like it. And it was raved about all over my groups. BLECH.), 10 mins. Cool Down, 5 mins. post ride stretch

3/13/2023: 20 mins. climb ride with Sam Yo, 5 mins. cool down ride

That's a wrap.

Finally shifted the herd - thanks to Kathryn. With the heat last week, driving to Sydney unexpectedly one night, and Kathryn being away for a long weekend... the herd took the opportunity and moved in. I'm totally blaming "The Herd"!! Nothing to do with ME, noooo.......

BUT Tuesday - after a very long work-day (after work long session for face-to-face CPR compulsory annual training), we did
41min, The Firm, Get Chisel'd
First time, so went with relatively light weights - could have gone heavier, but only know that in hindsight. Noted in log.
It also helped that DH is away tonight - he drove Cait's car down to Sydney for her (she flew to Melbourne to supervise the "uplift" of her stuff) and he's helping her move all her things IN to the new flat. Given the keys today. Both girls are VERY excited about living together. Bridget won't move in until her share-house finds a replacement for her - so they're not stiffed with the extra rent - she likes her flatmates. Should only be a week - places to rent with nice people are highly sought-after.

Now that I've DONE something, and the weather has broken from the week-long heat-wave - hoping that Autumn has decided to show up - shall return to STS and start Meso 2. Had a 2 week break from it instead of the recommended one.

OH! Forgot to tell Cleda & Lili - my steps went WAAAAY down, as my FitBit stopped holding a charge! 100% -> 4% in an hour! Went to 24-hr online chat (AI-bot) and as it was less than a year old, they sent a replacement - no receipt required as the app gives them all the info. Was easy-peasy! Arrived 3 days later. It must have looked like I wasn't even walking Alice ! but I'm back to the top of my (small) friends list there again.

Wednesday
60min walk with school
45min walk with Alice
50min, Cathe - STS - Shock Cardio - Travel Fit with Kathryn

Thrusday was another hot one - 90F at 6pm. Nope, nothing happened apart from a short walk with Alice in the evening.
