Reporting in with KMC Slim Sculpting Volume 1 on Saturday. It’d been forever since I’d drug out my kettlebells and whoa! I am still sore in my left inner thigh (probably the swings). Interestingly, I could do Turkish getup on my right side, but really struggled on the left. Definitely some weaknesses exposed. Workout 2 will be tomorrow.
Tonight was Barre3 Ballet Fit. It was perfect for my sore muscles, nothing too high speed.

Oh, Lori! I’m so not into basketball…. My husband tried. My daughter played in high school for a year, but not my thing.
