Firm rotation help...
I need help from Firm pros!! I am trying to design a rotation using all or some of the following:
Firm Vols 1-6
Tortoise
Hare
Calorie Killer
Super Cardio Mix
FitPrime Floorburn
Kickbutt Strong Bear
Kickbutt Fast Cheetah
Kickbutt - Push Pull
Kickbutt Steamin Cardio
FitPrime Steamin Cardio
TLT Finding Your Core
I also have lots of yoga and pilates. I want to workout 5 days a week. I just can't seem to get the right mix for a well rounded rotation. I am an intermediate exerciser as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
