I really don't like Kathy's hyper persona in LWTLW. She's much calmer in the SLDC so I prefer those workouts. That said, I find that I can only do the lower body SLDC workout when I have more time because it's longer and works more detailed muscle groups. I end up using the LWTLW workout more often because the workouts are shorter.
