Petrone Miracle Balls: CDs?

I have so much trouble trying to read the book while trying to use the Petrone Miracle Balls. I saw on her website some audio CDs and a demo VHS. Does anyone have these audio/video and use them? Do they help? I can't figure out if I need another kit since I have the balls already. But, I really don't like trying to work from that teeny little book that the balls came with. Any suggestions/advice? Thank you.
