I loved Step N Groove by Barry Joyce. I remember doing it and Mega Step Blast back in 1995 for almost 6 months straight!! I wonder what Barry is up to now? He was an aerobics champion in the 90s, I think. He never got produced in any CIAs, I don't believe... I vaguely heard he worked for the phone company full time and wasn't doing fitness stuff anymore.

i've been in lurk mode for several years; i post about 3-4 times a year, maybe! but i still read the VF at least 30 mins a day (and more like 1.5 hrs on a good day).

I don't really think this video was a popular "hit" with VF'ers or a best seller (which was probably why it's now out of print and there were never any follow-up videos). But it's a masterpiece as far as I'm concerned, a fantastic workout featuring a series of advanced, non-stop kickbox combinations. I'd love to see more videos like this, but it will probably only happen in my dreams.

I just love Roberto Melani - his CIA 8004 is one of my favorite low impact hi/lo routines. I know he also did CIA 6002 with Calvin Wiley. Haven't heard anything from him since!

This is an old one, 1990 I think. I really liked it, even though it is very dated by today's standards.
