Good morning all! Happy Friday Eve!

~ Lunch walk
~ LWR Feel Amazing Challenge W3D5
~ Jessica Valant 10 Minute Pilates Workout
~ 8,660 steps

So happy I went on the lunch walk - a male indigo bunting flew right down in front of me and landed on a fence, and on the way back two fledgling northern flickers were kicking up a sibling ruckus in a tree. Love this time of year!

Beth how interesting that the vagus makes us feel an emotion. Thanks for the material!

Waves everyone, have a wonderful day.

Pat, I never heard of an Indigo bunting. I googled and oh, what a pretty blue bird!

Pat, thanks for sharing that bird! I saw a bright blue bird when I got to work a month or two ago; I knew it wasn't a blue jay, and now I think it was an indigo bunting.

I'm still doing Lift with Cee's Beginner series; here was today's workout:

This afternoon I plan to film a new yoga routine, Yin Yoga for morning.

Hi everyone!

My body asked to skip working out yesterday, so I did.

Today's Workout: I did routine 2B from Margaret Richard's My Body of Work. I enjoyed this DVD but am honestly not sure if/when I'll do it again. I finished with Relax from Jessica Smith's Stretch + Relax. I like this one although a couple of the stretches felt awkward (I might eventually sub in something else). I'll definitely do the Release and the Relax routines from this DVD again, but not sure yet about the others.

Pat58: I'm trying to do daily stretching/yoga/mobility work, and to that end I'm exploring what I already own. I've had my two Jane Adams DVDs for a while but have yet to do all of the routines on them, so I'm exploring!

Waving to all!

TGIF!!!

Busy week that included most of 2 days in a work-related virtual conference. The Cubii World Cycling Tour continues.

The handy man finished up on Tuesday, so that's one thing off the ever-expanding to do list.

Hope you're staying cool - it's been nasty hot all week. As in my skin starts to prickle and itch within minutes of going outside.

Will check in over the week-end.

Good morning! TGIF!!!!!

Yesterday featured:

~ LWR Feel Amazing Challenge W3D6
~ Ellen Barrett Sweet Fifteen
~ 4,575 steps

Loved Sweet Fifteen. I was having a real bad fatigue day. The workout felt so nice and gentle at first but by the end of it I was sweating. I how Ellen does that!

Cyana, that conference sounds yuck.

Sandra, I had both My Body of Work DVDs and traded them. I have or have had all her other DVDs and those two just didn't excite me.

Oooh, Beth your morning yin yoga sounds great! I still need to try the resilience video and your new meditation.

Paine, the bunting looked like a sapphire gleaming in the sun - breathtaking.

Good morning Pam and anyone else who visits!
