Another option might be to have different "Focus" days -

Like this:

Day 1 - Main focus - Strength - then do a yoga add on
Day 2 - Main Focus - Cardio - then do a yoga add on
Day 3 - Main Focus - Yoga - add on a short strength or cardio
Days 4, 5, and 6 would follow the template above
Day 7 - is wildcard day

I understand that sometimes yoga feels like it is not enough for a stand alone workout particularly if you are otherwise sedentary - like me - I sit all day -so I feel that for my workout I need to be more active and yoga doesn't feel active enough for me - so combining it with something else like a short cardio to warm up or a short strength training session helps.

Current Rotations:
JSmith: STRENGTHEN
ManFlowYoga: morning sessions & Strength Foundations
YogaGlo & MFML: easy, morning classes
