I'm pretty sure someone on VF posted about CDORNERFITNESS.COM but I just did my first workout. She is awesome and FREE! She has a great personality and you can tell that she loves what she is doing. Check it out! I will be using her workouts now that I've actually done one!

I adore CDornerFitness! She was the first YouTube instructor I ever worked out with. I found her back in the spring because of her step workouts, but have since come to enjoy most of her other workouts, particularly the mobility and dance ones. I agree that you can tell she really loves what she is doing.

I just recently randomly discovered her -- it seems like she has some good workouts there. I subscribed but haven't yet tried any.

I've done two of her workouts now. I loved the full body strength. She shows a lot of options and it was perfectly challenging. I had a some DOMS. Today I did a basic but fast step class. I had to drop down to no risers as my lower outer legs/ankles need to be strengthened and I really need different shoes. I was a sweaty mess and it was just fun. She cues really well too!
