There are a number of Barre3 routines available for free on Facebook, YouTube, and their web site.

Pretty much all barre brands are now advocating neutral spine, even Bar Method and Pure Barre. Both were all about the tuck for the longest time, but they are now advocating neutral (more so Bar Method than PB.)

Currently, I'm more interested in dvds since I don't have a smart tv and not a fan of doing workouts from a small screen.

Not sure old far back dvds go that incorporate a neutral spine. I would assume that if they say tuck on an older dvd you just keep the spine neutral instead or are "tuck" exercises replaced now with something new? I've never been to a barre class so my experience with barre is a bit limited. Thanks.

Tugger, I am in the same boat (I don't even have a smart phone, haha) and resisted online workouts for a long time. But then I bought a simple HDMI cord to hook my laptop up to the TV in my workout room--works great! It basically just lets my laptop screen (I would think it would work with a tablet too) be seen on the big screen.

I don't think there are really any new moves, you can typically just do tucked exercises in neutral.

I believe it is, however, perfectly safe to do 'tuck and release' type exercises--it's not that tucking in and of itself is unsafe, it's just the holding the tuck for a prolonged period of time that is now generally regarded as not the best idea. (I hope that makes sense!)

The only barre brand I know of that has made up completely new moves is barre3. Their core exercises are completely different. They now have you stabilize your spine and just move the limbs to train the core, rather than having you curling in any way. This change is very recent, so I can't imagine any of the DVDs would contain these new moves.
