Question Looking for a Rotation

Does anyone have a good Floor Work rotation they care to share, either with specific workouts or just a generic one I can plug in my own workouts. Thanks!

How about a Margaret Richard rotation? Or were you looking for strictly floor work?

Really ought to include Mari Winsor's Complete Side Kick Series. I think it's on YouTube, it's so old. If not, I have it recorded in a spreadsheet.

Also, on the Jane Fonda w/o just transfered from VHS to DVD, her Lower Body Solution has a good floorwork section on there.

Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout - it's a total body workout, but the segments are chaptered, and you can go straight to the floor work section, which is 30 min long.

Greg Smithey - Original Buns of Steel.

Debbie Siebers - Firm It Up, where the first half is standing LB work, then the 2nd half is floor work. floor work segment is around 30 min.

*Mari Winsor - Winsor Pilates Bun & Thigh Sculpting - 20 minutes long
*Mari Winsor - Winsor Pilates Power Sculpt Bun & Thigh - uses a band - 20 min long.

* both feature the awesome clam moves with elevation too

Quick Callanetics Hips & Behind - 20 min - features floor pretzels and kneeling ones.

I have alot of floor work options on dvd. I'm more looking for a floor work focused rotation. I'm going to do Cathe's LITE Stacked LB workout (the premix that does each round once) once a week but I want to incorporate floor work into my rotation, but looking for ideas on how much and what to do each day. I'm trying to reduce the size of my thighs and work on my glutes. Heavy standing work gives me nice muscle but also big circumference quads and that's not the look I'm going for at this point in my life.

I have Ballet Beautiful, Tracey Anderson's Mat dvd, the original Buns of Steel, a good variety of Linda Wooldridge floor work on dvd, KV's GWW, MR's Home Improvement. I have more but those are the highlights.
