Anyone have experience with the ProGear 225 Folding Bike?

So I am still battling plantar fasciitis on and off, and the low/no impact cardio I've tried just isn't high enough intensity to make any difference whatsoever so I've put on more lbs than is comfortable. Desperate for ideas, I googled cheap stationary bikes, and was stunned to see such high reviews across a number of sites for the ProGear folding bike and it's competitor from Marcy, which both run just over $100.

Has anyone used one of these? How much space do they really take up? I'm in a tiny one bedroom apt.
