I'm previewing athletic conditioning. Looks good. The workout is 40 minutes, bonus stretch is 20 min. I love the length. Girl on the far right is modifying with no impact.
I love the lulu camo tanks, very cute. There's 6 background exercisers - 2 of them are men.
Seems very drill oriented. For the non-modifier there is quite a bit of impact. I'm not sure how I will use these right now, but it looks good.
