Because of this thread, I purchased Bodyfit 360. I did it today and really enjoyed it.
The plusses: Can be done in a very small space. Worked up a sweat and really didn't feel like I was working that "hard". Great music. Nothing is done too long. The minuses: A bit hard on my wrists. Not chaptered - I wish I could skip a section or two to shorten it. The modifier really didn't modify much. But overall it was a keeper. I felt very stretched, and rejuvenated.
