Insomnia???

I haven't been sleeping well lately....

And I have been reading VF in the middle of the night

I am on Pacific time and have noticed we have a lot of early risers or other insomiacs....

???

Haha, you have probably noticed me I don't really have insomnia, I just work 3rd shift on the weekends (9pm-ish to 5am-ish), and then am back to normal 9am-5pm school schedule with just evening work during the week till around 9pm. Switching back and forth is not fun, but weekends are the only time I really have to rack up enough hours. I've been off of school the past 4 weeks, so I've been able to maintain my work sleep schedule, but I'm back to school on Monday, which means back to sleep schizophrenia, lol!

I usually wake up around 3 a.m. - if I'm really tired, 3:30 a.m.

I've been up since 5. I struggle terribly with insomnia, but this morning was sleeping blissfully after consigning my snoring husband to the couch at 1am. Then DS2 woke up screaming at 5. He's fine and I didn't tend to him right away and he just started chatting away to himself but I'll admit I feel a little bitter. The one morning I'm actually sleeping at 5am and someone wakes me up. grrr.... Once DH gets up, I'm telling him that I don't want to see or hear from our progeny until I finish my workout.

You've probably seen me. I often wake up in the middle of the night, and check out VF or watch some TV, then I usually fall asleep for a short time, because I'm up again at 5:30am no matter what. I haven't used alarm clock in years. I'm kinda used to the fact that I'm not a sleeper, and can do OK on 5-6 hrs of sleep.

Yep, I'm up at 4:30 am just about everyday. I slept in yesterday til 5:30 am. My back and shoulders will only let me lay down for so long.

I'm another lousy sleeper, usually up by about 3:30 or 4:00 a.m. If I'm really tired, I'm lucky if I can last to 5:30 a.m.

I go in cycles. Right now is an okay cycle. But yeah, VF at 4:00 am EST is not desolate.

I am the family alarm clock and I think that has messed me up. I am the only morning person and if I don't wake up, the whole house of sleepers would never get where they need to be which causes the group of anal/OCD (self-diagnosed) overachievers to spin out of control.
That's a lot of responsibility .
