Another name question....
Is the tape which was called "Strong Body" (Pam Cauthen) now called "Firm Strength" (Pam Cauthen)? http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...-strength-7335

IMO, this is a fabulous workout. It stands the test of time, much like Tracie's workouts do. Lori

The more universal a "problem" is, the more money there is to be made off it.

I agree that the new Firm, although the women's bodies are more athletic looking, are geared for women.
And, the classic Firm, - got to love those arrows (LOL). OMG - I don't want you to think my mind is in the gutter, but the arrows when they were doing the Glute tucks - (no wonder men would enjoy the classic firms) I'm not a fan of the newer firm series that uses the big "fans" in the sets. I also don't have the transfirmer so the few workouts I have with it I try to adapt. What I am enjoying about the most recent crop is the lack of equipment. It's kind of nice to put in a workout and not have to keep making equipment changes. I initially got on the "wave" thing, but I never followed through and bought it. It just seemed that not enough workouts were being made for it. |

When DH started trying out some of my Firm tapes, I had to tell him to "please ignore the arrows, honey!" and also for some of the middle to late years, "please don't wonder too much about these 'pelvic floor' things; just do some hip raises or something." Don't get me wrong, I love the Firm, but I do honestly think I'm a little too prudish for some of the things they seemed to emphasize back in the day!
