Anyone Still Have Body Art?
This is a VHS that uses bands. The instructor is a blond woman and this was her only video - I don't remember her name. I had it years ago and would like to borrow it if someone still has it.

Wow, what a blast from the past! I remember this - it was brutal, as I recall! I'm sure I still have it packed away with my VHS tapes in the back of the closet (I don't even have a VHS player in my workout area any longer - why I keep my old tapes, I have no idea, but I just can't get rid of them!).
