Question kathy smith Yoga Basics & Body Boomers

is the real New Yoga Basics workout included in its entirety on the Body Boomers compilation?

Yoga Sculpt compilation has the intermediate and advanced yoga workout (despite the back label saying that the 1st yoga workout is "new yoga basics" which it is not - it is actually New Yoga.

another question - is Yoga Basics included in its entirety on her Personal Trainer compilation disc?

Gee, no wonder that yoga workout feel so hard to me! I dont do that workout very often, and consider myself to be a beginner at yoga. That explains a lot. I always thought it was the beginner workout. I do not know about the Body Boomers workout, I dont have that one. Oh, I do have the Personal trainer dvd. The yoga workout on that dvd is only about 20min long. Mostly relaxation and stretching.
