Yoga Foundations training guide?

I ordered Yoga Foundations with Travis Eliot from Amazon. The back cover says it includes a 36-page training guide but mine is not in the dvd case. Does anyone know if this is supposed to come in the dvd case, or if it is content on the dvd or a download?

My guide was inserted in the inside front of the DVD case. I would contact Amazon...

OLD THREAD ALERT!

I lucked out and found this DVD at Goodwill, but the 36-page training guide was missing.

questions:
Is it any good?
Is it available as a pdf somewhere?

Thanks.

This is a really good DVD and it's filmed in the same studio as Ultimate Yogi! I'm not sure why a 36 page guide would be needed for this one, though. I never had one. I believe the intent is to use the first practice for as long as you need (one or two weeks) and progress to the next, and then the final one (which includes Lauren as one of the students.) I'm sure you could use these how you see fit.

There are three practices with them each getting progressively harder and building on the first. It's what I returned to when first coming back to my yoga mat with the goal of building up to more power yoga practices. The length is between 45-60 minutes and so worth it! Travis is wonderful, as is his instruction and calming voice. It will help with your breath, as well as your endurance, stamina and flexibility.

I recently used these before adding in some of the Ultimate Yogi practices...Yin, Gentle Yoga, Cross-Training, and Flexibility.

I don't know if a pdf exists.
