exactly! i've noticed this about myself - you want to avoid pushing to that point. even simple passive surfing on the web will wind you UP and not down.
those amber glasses also help too if you're looking at any type of screen at night (TV, Computer, cell phone) - see this VF thread: Blue light blocking computer readers
