Have you ever heard of a Thera-Cane?
http://www.theracane.com/ I have one and it's an amazing tool to give a "self-massage". You can really get into those sore spots and give yourself some relief. Sue |

I haven't tried the Miracle Balls, but I like using tennis balls and the Thera-cane. The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook does a great job of explaining trigger point massage and how to use massage tools or your fingers to work trigger points.

Carla, let us know how it works for you; I keep meaning to try adding more air to my balls like someone here suggested!
