Here's some more

Cathe's Boot Camp worked really well on the rebounder. I did a some of the intervals on the floor, mainly the kickboxing ones. However I did all of the jumping moves on the rebounder and it worked great. Very simple moves that don't take up much lateral space so they translated well. I haven't tried Cardio Kicks yet but I could certainly see that the Power Drills would work very well. Also haven't tried the MIC Hi Lo yet but again can see that would work well too.

I also tried Karen Voight's Power Packed Workout which has a lot of jumping and it worked pretty well. I did have to modify a lot because there is some fancy and fast footwork that just can't be done on the rebounder (at least by me). However I just made up my own moves that were more or less a simpler version of the ones in the workout and that worked just fine. This one is a real heart pumper on the rebounder.

The Hi Lo sections of Cathe's Circuit Max work very well on the rebounder. I just tried Gin Miller's Waltz to Fitness which also adapts well, has good music and is a little more low key.

Gilad's Fat Burning Workout adapted well and is another heart pumper. I totally agree about Kathy Smith's Aerobox, I love it on the rebounder. So much more doable for me and really fun. Her Functionally Fit Peak Fat Burning also works well.

I tried the Plyrobics Challenge and that one is great for the rebounder. I think anything by Leslie Sansone would be very adaptable. I never did Leslie before because she did not appeal to me. However once I got my rebounder I traded for some of her workouts and they are great on the rebounder!

I have this workout still in the shrinkwrap, but I think it's going to get opened today! I've just started doing TaeBo on the rebounder, and love it, but for some reason, the KS workout never entered my mind.

Need More Suggestions

Hi -

I just thought this thread could use some refreshing.

Michael Olajide's Killer Ab & Back is rebounder friendly.

More suggestions are always welcome!

I've been dragging out my rebounder more often lately and am searching for more workouts.

I typically use the rebounder to modify high impact, high intensity workouts. Here's some that I do often:

Cathe's Imax II and Imax II Blast only premix -- love this one for high intensity
Cathe's SJP -- I like to do the Step/Pump circuit first and then add on the hilo section on the rebounder
Mindy's Action Packed is a recent find that I think works perfectly for the rebounder
Taebos
Hardcore Kickbox Circuit - particularly Guillermo's jumping jacks/jump & jab sections
P90X Plyometrics

Another one to add to the list is Sharon Manns The Works Cardio.
Today, I previewed all 16 sections of the cardio ( )!!

Anyway I thought of the 16 a full 10 are easily adaptable to the rebounder.
Just an FYI.

Is it time to add to this list? I think George Foremans work well on rebounder. Anything else?

I tried to revive the list a few weeks ago and got a few responses.
