Had a stalled start - helping DD move house, DH away (always a mental-health problem for me), but... the last few days I've found some grit, dug in and got things done. Need to keep the momentum.

Helen, great to see you back 'in the game' even when hubby is away. Keep it up! I'm sure it helps that Fonzie checks in with you in your other check-in.

Fonzie, I just wanted to give you a shout out for an AWESOME job you did with your weight loss journey. I read that thread about Richard Simmons helping you get off the couch. WTG on a 100 pound loss - INCREDIBLE!!! Great, great job and glad Richard was there for you. You have come a LONG way if you're completing tough rotations like STS!!!!! You are a ROCK STAR!!!

I hope everyone is doing ok...bex, you must be super busy at work. Hope things are going ok for you.

I'm really loving my walks right now with the warmer weather!!! Something about getting out there with the fresh air and my thoughts...just can't beat it!!

Thanks! Been listening to The Huberman Lab & The Happiness Lab.
When DH is away & I'm at work, we have a thing where I phone him as I'm driving to work but never did the morning call when I'm on holidays. We started that this time and sit in the morning sun (Huberman) during that call - can feel a positive difference.

And YES!! Having Fonzie plugging away with STS has kept me going there too.

AMD, thank you for the kind words. It has been an interesting journey for sure There are many instructors that have made an impact over the years but I have a soft spot for Richard STS is special to me, as it got me through a difficult time years ago. It is a great system and it has brought me through another tough patch
I am glad you are able to get outdoors to walk. It is so good for the soul to get out in the sunshine

Helen, Huberman sounds familiar (and interesting). Will have to check those out. Thanks for sharing
