I popped my Pilates ball
I've been using the (very) old blue rubber ball that came with the Beachbody Yoga Booty Ballet set for some of the Pilates videos with Lauren on the SeniorShape YouTube channel and since it's slightly deflated it was working great... until this morning when it split along a seam while under my lower back.
Other than scaring the cat and giving me a fit of the giggles, no damage done. Lauren is actually offering a discount on the bender ball she uses in her videos so that should arrive tomorrow. Just another day in the life of a vidiot

I'm just so glad to hear you're okay! I remember when another VFer's balance/stability ball busted. It's scary to even think about, let alone be the one it happened to.
