Starting the 5.5 month STS rotation. This will be my third time starting it since I first got the DVD's when they were first released. I always lose focus in the middle of Meso 2. I'm determined to make it through this time and see where it takes me strength wise!

Today was Meso 1 Disc 1 Chest, Shoulders, and Biceps.
