Yes. That's a good idea. I can search their site. Hopefully I've got the right one. That was last week. Just don't remember things the way I used to. Maybe some extra breathing and oxygen would help.

Yeah for you!
I had shed 20 lbs. between my 2013 and 2014 physicals--just by eliminating chips and ice cream. Approx. 20 lbs. more to lose to be at the weight that will please my MD and me. Well, this being the season, I have gone on one or two binges (a DF's homemade caramels!), but when I weighed myself yesterday, I'd shed two of my remaining 20 excess lbs. I've been doing Kundalini daily and really focusing on breath. Deana, I'm a believer!

Is anyone familiar with Riley Lee's Breathe?

Just wondering.

Does anyone have the Oxycise Level One 15 Minute Workout? http://www.oxycise.com/store/index.p...631iaj9ipap5g7 I'm curious if it's all standing/seated or if there are sections where you need to be on the floor. TIA

I was doing Raviana's original For Beginners and Beyond (including the Breath Primer) at the time of the caramels. For the next 2-3 weeks I plan to do Total Tune-up, my favorite Raviana for breath work. Need to jumpstart shedding those last 20 lbs!

Haven't heard of this one, but it reminded me of a VHS tape (which I haven't done) in one of my storage boxes: Nancy Zi's qigong-inspired The Art of Breathing ("24 progressive exercises are demonstrated in beautiful surroundings to soothing background music"). There are 6 chapters ranging in length from 52 to 26 minutes. I believe there's a DVD now--might be a good investment!
