Great outdoor setting and both of the main workouts are nice. She does hold the stretches longer in some instances than I care for so I just move in and out of them as I normally would.
The workout I will return to the most will be the bonus 20 minute power stretch. It's not just stretchy. Nice to have options
FoLV - I had that one and traded it away. I can't remember what I didn't like about it. So many videos, so few brain cells!

Inspired by Vintage VFer today I did:

Susan Powter - Burn Fat & Get Fit.

This is my first workout w/ her - I never did her stuff in the '90s when it first came out!

It was an enjoyable routine - basic, not crazy paced, etc.

Yes I don't know how I missed her in the 90's although, ahem, I wasn't "vintage" then, LOL!

Now I'm checking out You Tube for others of hers I may have missed.

Has she done anything recently?

I "almost" met Susan Powter years and years ago when she was at a local bookstore for a booksigning. My mom and I were next in line when someone from her team came and told her time was up.

That must have been disappointing!

Yesterday, I did Cindy Whitmarsh's 10 Days to a Better Body (2008) upper body. This is a go-to workout for when my mind is tired, but I want to do something. She has a nice, straightforward personality.

Kathy Smith's Step Workout - from 1992 - 30 Years Ago!!! OMG!

I enjoyed it - very good for a steady state cardio day.

I did skip the abs and upper body stuff though.

Dusted off Firm Power sculpt and Firm Slim without the Gym. Great for days you want to use bodybars, tubing and resistance loops. I don't have many pink Firms but I do enjoy these two. (I do skip the jump rope section in Slim though, lol)

I never think to post here but Friday I did Rodney Yee Power Yoga: Strength. This was among my first yoga DVDs along with Lilias and Karen Voight's YogaSculpt (which is still a favorite). I was able to get Strength, Stamina and Flexibility all on one DVD so I will be able to donate the VHS copies.

I’m a fan of the Karen Voight Yoga Sculpt, too! I still have my old VHS of this workout and I believe this was my first yoga purchased workout.
