I'm really sorry to hear about your accident. I hope your recovery goes smoothly.
Tracy does have some standing leg work and you can view them via Youtube. Her mat workout has a nice standing leg series and so does Perfect Design 2 and 3. I'm not sure if we're allowed to link here on VF. Just look for Tracy Anderson Mat part 2 of 5. This will be the standing leg work in mat. For PDS, just do a search and you'll find them.

If you have a pool nearby, that is a great option to start with. I have had a few injuries and have hit the pool to swim lengths or do deep water walking/running with a floaty belt on. It was a life saver for me more than once!

I'm sorry that you're injured. I hope you heal quickly.
There are TA clips on youtube. I would only do the standing lower body work. Barre is another option (again only lower body). Some stretching would also work (depending on what you're stretching). Walking is another workout alternative. I just wouldn't swing my arms. First and foremost, I would listen to your body. If you need to rest, then rest. To be honest, I didn't really rest after my knee surgery. I went to PT right away. I started exercising after a few days. I just did upper body weight lifting while sitting on my Firm box and did squats while holding onto my bed post. I even did boxing for cardio. But everybody is different
