Fav FIRM Classic??

I only own Volume now. I used to have them all but let someone borrow them (on VHS) and never got them back!

Fastforward many years later, I'm thinking I may want to re-invest.

What is everyone's Favorite Classic??

I guess you know they are available on dvd now.

Much as no one here liked it, Volume 2 was may fave. I have to say I got in the best shape of my life when I only owned Volume 2 and Tough Tape. I alternated days with these two tapes and was completely tone, strong, and no body fat in about 6 weeks time.

Don't get me wrong, I love them all, well maybe not Time Crunch (Volume 4) 'cause I sweat a lot during that one and it seems to be mostly cardio in my mind, but they are all great workouts that have stood the test of time for results. Volume 6 was easier than any of them to me, but I considered that one the last day of the week one where you needed to slow it down a bit.

You could just do Volume 1 or 2 and get fantastic results if that is all you own and can stand doing the same workout every day! (I'm guessing you mean you have Volume 1? It is a wonderful workout.)

Volume 1, but #4 is a very, very close second.

Tough Tape, followed by Firm Strength and Firm Cardio.

(Are these considered classics, or were you referring to Vols. 1-6 only?)

Volume 2 is my favorite workout video of all time, I think. I was in the best shape of my life when I did just volumes 1 and 2, with 3, 4 and 6 thrown in there occasionally.

Are Cardio and Strength considered classics? They are my favorites bar none. I also use volume 6 when I need to come back from injury, illness or slacking. It has no lunges or push ups. I like that a lot.

Oops....I have Volume 1!

I just ordered Vol 2 and 3. I'm trying to do actually stick to do the same workouts for 4-6 weeks and then change them up, inspired by another post in the forum.

Out of the classics 1-6, I only have Volume 1. It's my favorite though, I have seen parts of the other classics but none of them grabbed me enough to get them. Though I have a coworker who used to use Vol 2 exclusively (I think) and she says she was in the best shape of her life.

I also really like Firm Cardio and Firm Strength, I don't know if they are considered classics though. They might be but I though Volumes 1-6 were the "classics", and the ones that came after that were considered "middle era", 1993-2000 or until the BSS systems started coming out.
